Alaina Mencl focuses her legal practice on estate planning, business planning, estate and trust administration, and real estate matters. As a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) credentialed through the American Bankers Association, she specializes in fiduciary matters and takes a holistic approach to her practice. Her thorough, balanced perspective, drawn from experience in both estate planning and in overseeing trust and estate administrations, provides greater value for her clients and peace of mind that their wishes will be carried out.
Before joining Atencio Hall, Alaina served as a corporate fiduciary overseeing irrevocable trusts, gaining firsthand insight into the administration of complex trust and estate matters. This experience provided her with valuable, practical knowledge that helps her develop customized strategies for her clients that are effective today and designed to serve their intended purpose for years to come. Prior to her corporate fiduciary experience, Alaina practiced as an Estate and Elder Law attorney in the Pittsburgh area.
