Thorough and affable, Eric Markley provides well-honed counsel to clients in the Energy industry regarding oil and gas development issues, with a skilled emphasis on title examination and curative requirements. Based on his extensive experience and perspective, Eric helps his clients tackle complex regulatory and legal issues related to mineral rights, title, and oil and gas leases in the Appalachian Basin.
He has further represented more than 500 individuals throughout the region in administrative hearings before the Social Security Administration, helping clients appeal their denial of Social Security Disability benefits. His lauded experience includes both Title II (SSDI) and Title XVI (SSI) casework.
Eric currently serves as the President for the Energy Law Section of the Washington County (PA) Bar Association.
