Alexis Bengel is part of Atencio Hall’s oil and gas practice group, where she brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach, combining strong legal research and writing skills with a practical understanding of business operations. Her dual Juris Doctor and MBA degrees provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on the legal and business considerations that can affect a matter. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and clear communication, Alexis is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
Before joining Atencio Hall, Alexis practiced at a Pittsburgh-area law firm, where she gained experience drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, assisting with case preparation, and working directly with clients throughout the legal process. She also interned at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, supporting prosecutors with legal research, drafting, and case evaluation. A former collegiate athlete and law review participant, Alexis brings discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to every client engagement. She is a member of Women’s Energy Network and the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and Women in the Law Division.
