Brittany Fox has extensive legal experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Atencio Hall, PLLC, Brittany was an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources, Corporate and Commercial, and Pipeline and HazMat Safety groups at a large regional law firm. Her commanding grasp of oil and gas issues is exemplary. She represents energy clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including title review, mineral and lease acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, and curative work. Brittany also counsels clients in various industries and markets related to corporate law, real estate, and regulatory matters.
Brittany is an active member of the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN), previously serving on the board of directors as Secretary, Marketing & Communications Director, and Executive Membership Director. In 2020, Brittany received WEN’s President’s Award for her leadership and unwavering passion for promoting fellow women in energy. Brittany is also a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the local Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL, and the Keystone Elk Country Alliance. Brittany has received recognition on the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch list for Energy Law since 2021.
