Jessica Barbour is a dynamic energy professional who is seasoned in legal administration and is responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the firm. As Operations Manager, Jess brings over a decade of experience supporting oil and gas clients operating throughout the Appalachian Basin and is the keystone to workflow between clients, brokers and our firm. She is well-versed in organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of any project while upholding the integrity of the firm and exceeding client expectations.
Before joining Atencio Hall, Jessica served as the Title Administrator for the Land & Energy Practice Group of a large regional firm. In addition to her work experience, Jess is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN), Remote Online Notary Association (RON) and the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN).
