About

Danielle Burke has vast experience in transactional matters and civil litigation. With this combined knowledge, she offers her clients a unique representation that allows her to view transactional matters in a way that alleviates the need for future litigation and provides diligence to her litigation matters.

Before joining Atencio Hall, PLLC, Danielle was the Managing Partner of a plaintiff’s general civil litigation firm in Philadelphia. She started her career in a prestigious Pittsburgh law firm, where she worked in the real estate department, focusing on transactional and land development specific to the oil and gas industry. Transitioning to a prominent Philadelphia insurance defense firm, she routinely defended personal injury, civil rights, employment law, municipal law, medical malpractice, and sexual assault cases.

Danielle continues to advocate for plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation involving property and personal injuries. She also counsels energy clients on various transactional matters, including title review, mineral and lease acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, and curative work.
