Bridget Kozlowski is a member of Atencio Hall’s oil and gas and estate planning practice groups. In her oil and gas work, she provides support to clients for title opinions, supplemental title opinions, due diligence, surface use issues, and title curative. In her estate practice, she brings care and compassion to her clients in counseling them and drafting wills, trust instruments, financial powers of attorney, heath care powers of attorney and related estate planning documents that are easy for clients to understand and for fiduciaries to administer. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach informed by experience across private practice, Federal service, and transactional legal work.
Previously, Bridget established her own law firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration. She also served as an Attorney-Advisor for multiple cabinet-level Federal agencies, where she handled a variety of legal matters including employment and labor relations, Freedom of Information Act requests, litigation support, and policy review. Prior to Federal service, Bridget worked at several law firms where her work included oil and gas title matters, trademark infringement, and due diligence.
Bridget was a staff member on the Duquesne Law Review, is a Pennsylvania notary public, and serves as Membership Chair on the Board of Directors for the Bower Hill Swim Club.
